WHAT SORT OF PAID JOB CAN A 14 YEAR OLD GET? XXX?

  • I'm saving for a summer schools course at the royal ballet school in london but worked out that i wouldn't have enough money by summer next year and was looking for job, even just a small job that would help go towards it but i'm only 14 and wasn't sure what sort of jobs i should be looking for? If you have any suggestions even if you are unsure it would be such a great help. thanks, sarah-jane xxx

    You can babysit, do yard work, set up a lemonade stand, do extra chores around the house, etc. Also, you might want to ask local, family-owned businesses if you could get a job as a cashier or something. Since the business is family-owned, the owners will be more likely to hire you, especially if they know you personally! I hope this helps! Good luck with raising money! :)

Babysitting, pet sitting, lawn mowing, other odd jobs like that. Babysitting can surprisingly pay for a lot. Also you can see if your dance teacher needs an assistant teacher. Your dance teacher will more then likely be willing to help someone from their school go to the royal ballet school.

There's not a lot out there for 14y/o's, your best bet is a paper round, or perhaps a local business might be willing to take you on.

You could always do babysitting, odd jobs, mowing lawns, dog walking, or you could like work at a deli or something like that!

Only newspapers or pocket money jobs I am afraid ,, Companies. shops, cafes etc are not allowed to employ you till 16
