How do you grind? Twerk? the Back it up and dump it dance?

• I was at a party the other night... i felt like such an outcast cuz no one ever taught me how to dance i never had an older sister... and my mom is white and doesnt know how to dance my dads black and puerto rican... and ive seen him dance at some of the new years partys hes had but im not gonna ask my dad how to grind... and i live with my mom and yeah like i said she doesnt know how to dance... please help... The back it up and dump it dance... the song is called dump truck by kinfolk thugs if u wanna listen to it! and twerk... is the ying yang twins- whistle while you twerk... Please just help me cuz the guy who invited me to the party told me hes gonna throw another one in a lil.. so please help and dont be smart just help!!!

  Most importantly, you need to feel the music, let it take over you. Your whole body should really want to completely give in to it. Start dipping your hips from side to side, bobbing up at the end (sounds really stupid when you write it but trust me), but keep your upper body still. Let your hand/s reach up into the air slowly and turn your head slowly as well, as if looking over your shoulder. If you have a boyfriend or like someone and they want to dance with you at said party, dip your hips into his front as you dance with him, maybe wrapping an arm or hand around his neck. He'll return this almost immediately!! I don't know if this was what you wanted but this is how I dance at almost every party I go to and it always works. Just feel the music, that's the most important part of grinding.
