What is the difference between aseptic and sterile technique?

Can someone explain the difference between American, Russian, and Cuban ballet technique?

• Would someone like me, who isn't a dancer, ever be able to tell the difference?

  Hmmm.............. I'm not entirely sure. I have had teachers from American, Russian, and Cuban dance schools so here's what I know. American- not easy going but not really hard either Russian- very strict and technique oriented Cuban- not sure but Cuban dancers are amazing so I'm guessing there school are good too In my opinion Russian's are the best followed by Cuban's and then American's. I'm not sure if someone who isn't a dancer would be able to tell the answer because the are both pretty similiar. I think it's more just the style of teahcing they use. But honestly I have no idea if the ballet technique differs so I'm sorry if this is completley wrong.
