What should I wear with Jazz shoes since I need suppport for my foot? ?
-
I recently had a stress fracture in my left foot, and I was wearing this sort of brace. But now I don't need to do that, but I am not allowed to wear shoes with no support. I am on a dance team though, and I need to wear Jazz shoes because I need them for the routine that I am performing. Unfortunately, they have no support whatsoever. So what could I wear on my foot, like inside the shoe so it won't hurt? Like wrap it or somthing?

Answer:
either wrap it with coban tape (its supportive enough for stuff like broken toes, wont stick to anything but itself, and is about $5 at a drugstore) or buy some insoles (arch support... ex.)
