How do you grind dance?

How do you grind/juke/twerk/freak dance at a party? And how do you get a guy to ask you to dance?

  • I'm 15 and everyone grinds at our school dances and party. I've only ever juked with two guys before, and both times i've felt like I don't know what to do. If the guy is behind you and has his hands on your hips and moves side to side, do you basically have to move side to side too? or can the girl take the lead, cuz i always see girls like rotating their hips and stuff but i dont know when its ok to do that? And what are the techniques to do this? what do guys like? and why won't guys as me to dance? I go to all the dances and parties but i've only been asked to dance twice?? I'm not ugly (maybe not gorgeous, but still, everyone jukes?), and if i know what's expected to do i can actually dance well!
