How can i get my leg extension higher?

What are ways to get a good leg extension and a good scorpion?

    well first of get your splits by stretching with you sitting and your legs apart. then you reach forward and try to get your stomach touching the ground. when you can achieve this, spread your feet out a little more to stretch more. then also rotate to your right or left foot and touch your toes and hug your leg making sure that your hip on the opposite leg is still on the ground. also develip muscles in your inner thigh by trying to keep you leg in the air without hands and instead of using your quad muscles and having those bulken up, turn out and llet the inner thighs work. that really helps alot. for a scorpion excercize your back.lie on your bac and then prop yourself on your hands. then put your arms in high fifth and try and keep your bac up. also have someone hold your feet and put your arms in high fifth and lie on your tummy. then lift up from your core and get as high as u can. hold it for a second and come down. repeat 25-30 times a day.
