  • Answer:

Well what you have to do is turnout from your hip instead of turning out from your feet. This reduces injuries as well. What you want to do is get Capezio Glisse or Capezio Aria pointe shoes. They are wonderful and supportive, and they last for a long time. My feet got stronger so I run out of them more quickly now, but for you they should be just fine. When you get older, you can try Freed of London pointe shoes (Freeds). I personally don't like them, but it's really up to you! Hope this helps!

Capezio is a brand not a type of shoe. If you are just beginning and would like an easy good shoe ask for soft blocks (this is a type of shoe not a brand) they are just like pointe shoes but with more support they also have padding and are good for beginners or dancers who need help
