What are some dance studios in Philadelphia?

Dance studios in Vancouver, Canada?

• I live in Hong Kong but we're possibly moving this summer and I want to continue dance. I do ballet, jazz and contemporary - and i have done it for a while but dance here in hk isn't very intense as we haven't got any competitions here and i know thats a big thing in other bigger countries. So I haven't really got the same training as others probably do at some studios. I cant do tricks like flips and stuff which I've seen a bit of in competition videos and im definitely not as strong. Can anyone list some dance studios that you know what they're like??? Im 13 by the way THANK YOU SO MUCH

  well in canada, especially in vancouver, most of the competitions are more relaxed than the US ones so flips and stuff are usually not involved in choreography, so don't worry about that. studios: - dance co. : this studio is good if you're really into competitions and that's what you want to focus on. classes are more choreography focused than technique focused (which i don't think is necessarily a good thing, but it may be what you want). they attend quite a few competitions and have a lot of people and different levels where they could fit you in. - harbour dance center: they don't really compete, but have many classes of any level in pretty much any style under the rainbow. and here you are not necessarily placed in a level so you can take a higher level jazz class for example and then try lyrical in a lower level. these have a good mix of technique and combos/choreo in different classes. - the landing dance center: this is a smaller studio that does compete, but it is not the focus of the studio. this is a more modern focused studio, but gives dancers very solid technical training. there are many more, but these are just the three that i am most familiar with
