• Hi, Right i have progressed a lot in my contemporary dance and am more flexible and relaxed though there is one where i have to lay down and think like a baby and move like that which i cannot do.... I have a habit of watching videos of contemp dance and using some routines to fit into my practicing..[just fun].. but i am trying to create my own though it is very amateur lol.. Anyways.... is there anything else i can do to improve my capabilities in contemporary dance and also, do you know of any songs which would be good to dance to..... they can have lyrics or non.... i just want some ideas!!
