I would have to saaayyyy Ballet. Its demanding perfection, perfection is pretty hard to get! And then I would have to say Hip Hop. I know strange choice, but it REALLY is harder than what it looks. And you either look awesome doing or just really strange. I have no clue what the dance your describing is, sorry! Good Luck finding out though! -rach :)
yea right! breakdancing is the hardest! its take great strength, flexibility, finesse(very big),confidence ( flips and spins)imagination, balance, and lot of energy to be a bboy. go to my myspace myspace.com/bboydevs someone said it takes great strength to do ballet! i can do a handstand where my legs are foot from the ground and I'm not talkin in the front of me, there in the back kinda like the bridge stretch except with no feet on the ground. try holdin that! watch that step up 2 movie, from the commercial it looks like bboy style all over it! nice hallow back(handstand pose) at the end of that commercial.
Yo Masta!
I agree, ballet is probably the worst and then break dancing.

I think it depends. Breakdancing is very hard because it challenges physical barriers. Also, tap can be hard because it requires precision and lots of endurance. I personally think the hardest is ballet/pointe because they also require positions your body wasn't really made to do, endurance, precision, flexibility. Also, partnering requires strength and chemistry. I hope that helped. I didn't know what that move was called, sorry ( :

Slow fox oh that was the hardest.. my dance teacher spent so much time trying to teach me, and finally he fell in love with me.... cute ha?

Slow foxtrot. Two people moving together with apparent ease and grace takes tremendous control and good partnership skills. It's deceptive, because when it's done well, it looks so darned easy! Sorry, I can't help with your second part. It could even be Cossack kicks.

i would say ballet and tap. ballet because you need to be strong especially for pointe and you need to be flexible. tap because you need total control over your feet and its much much harder than how it looks.
Ballet is the most difficult dance form to master, because you move in a completely different plane, and use a completely different set of muscles, as compared to walking or running.
