How can i make my back more flexible?

  • i do acrobatics and i can do chest rolls and make my toes touch the ground but i want to be able to have my feet flat and my collar bone on the ground. howw??

that sounds painful lol. if your leaning forward (with your bum up in the air...is that what your talking about) then its just a matter of trying to get there and sitting in that position until you can. im doing the arabian in the nutcracker with my acadamy this year and it takes back flexibility. so just sitting in a back bend will help... i didn't really understand your question so im sorry if this doesn't help lol. good luck!

stretch your back. twist from side to side and do back bends. stuff like that
