How to do the baby freeze move?

Can I do the "baby freeze" breakdance move? please help!!?

  • Hi. Im a teenage girl and im like 145lbs(give or take a few pounds) and 5'8". I wana learn how to do the "baby freeze" dance move thing, but I dont have very good upper arm strength. I cant do pushups cuz ive never practiced cuz im a girl. and ive been trying to learn how to do a hand stand, i know I could do it, but Im just to afraid of falling the other way. could you please tell me what you think? do you think I can do that move or no way? please let me know! thanks!

    lol it wont matter if your a girl or not. you should still try to bring up your arm strength with pushups. the basic thing of this move is to keep the balance with your body. You should use the side that your write with because it should be strongest the side your using stick your elbow into your side. you should set it on the ground and just sit it like that for a couple of minutes. if you do that everyday you should get enough arm power. the next step should be to put your elbow into the thigh of the leg thats closest to the ground. stick your head on the ground and just fall dont be afraid or you'll fall if you still dont have enough strength to hold yourself up just keep doing the position and holding yourself there after that you can always try to take your head off the ground -Bgirl Elmo. hope i helped. xD
