Disney college program question?

• (I posted this in the college section as well. I didnt know which section I would have better luck in.) I want to work for disney, and wish to be part of their college program, but I'm a little bit lost on some details. I watched the whole online presentation and searched the site, but I'm still confused. Here's a few of my main questions (even one answered would be amazing): -Do I have to attend a college like UCF or UF while I'm in the Disney college program, or does the college program count as college schooling? Can I just participate in the college program without going to another college? -Do you have to pay to be part of this experience? I know it is a paying internship, but I'm fuzzy on the concept. -Does the program require you to take classes with Disney *and* work in the parks at the same time, or do you take classes first, then work? -If I were to only do the college program without attending another college (if it's possible), would Disney hire me as a cast member? Please help! Thank you!
