What is the holiest Jewish landmark?

I know there is a roller coaster that has signs on the lift telling you what landmark you are as tall as?

    You are talking about Nitro, the B&M Hypercoaster at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ. You're right, it USED to have signs on the lift hill stating how high you were compared to landmarks (for example, Niagara Falls, Egypt's Great Sphinx, The Leaning Tower of Pisa), however, these signs had been taken down (bummer, I know).
