Can I wear my glasses on roller coasters at six flags?

  • So i'm going to six flags DISCOVERY KINGDOM soon and I wear glasses (eye glasses) and i was wondering if i could wear them on roller coasters and other rides? If not i dont wanna bring them cause im gonna have to take them off then put them back on and yeah. I dont wanna know what other theme park allows you to wear them on roller coasters i just want to know about Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. MMkay? Thanks!

    On some rides they will let you, but on some rides you'll be asked to remove them. Bring a hard-sided case that will fit in your pocket (and won't get squished), and you just take them off right before the ride starts. Cargo pants/shorts with the velcro or zipped pocket down on the leg might be better, also.

Yes, you can. I'm not sure about Six Flags policy, but Cedar Fair parks, will make you take off your glasses on launched rides.

Am sure you can...You might not want to in case they blow off.But i guess it would be your choose.

Well, I don't know how Discovery Kingdom runs their park but down here at Six Flags Over Georgia you can't bring any loose items on the ride, including glasses. They make you pay for lockers to put your items in. BTW, I'm going to Six Flags Over Georgia this Sunday, can't wait. Enjoy yourself when you go, you also could put your glasses in a carrying case that fits in your pocket, that could save you money in the long run.

I am going there,too,this Sunday (but it will ALWAYS be Marine World to me!). It depends. Some people wear theirs if the earpieces are long enough to where they will stay on securely. I myself take them off so I don't lose them. I won't be able to see anything else the rest of the day if I did lose them and that would be bad. I wouldn't worry about not being able to see on the ride,there isn't much to see anyways,just enjoy the ride!
