Is sunday a good day to go to kings island?

Ride all Rides at Kings Island in 1 day...& few more questions...?

  • Hi! I am visiting King's Island soon and was wondering if it is possible to ride all the rides in one day (well...the roller coasters and water park rides). Also, are you allowed to leave the park and come back? I also needed advice on whether I should go to the water park first or last...I'm guessing you can bring a change of clothes and rent lockers...Sorry for so many questions. I just like to be prepared : )

    I don't think it is possible to ride everything in one day. You have to figure in all the time you are going to be waiting in line. That includes for the rides, food and restrooms. You also have to consider that the lines for Firehawk, Diamondback and Flight of Fear will be longer than most. Diamondback is brand new, Firehawk is only a few years old, and Flight of Fear is in an air conditioned building. Also consider the amount of time you will be walking from ride to ride. Yes you are allowed to leave the park, just be sure to get a stamp when you leave. Lockers are available for rent. You can go to the water park whenever you want and however many times you want on that day. Boomerang Bay does not require a separate entrance fee so once you pay to get into Kings Island then you have paid for the water park too. It's a bit of a walk so find the train and take it back.

I've ridden all the rides in one day. I didn't go to the water park though since i'm not a big water fan. It cost money to rent lockers so i'd suggest roller coasters 1st. I heard they were pretty expensive. Or you could bring one of them sling bags to put your clothes in. A lot of people just do that, its a lot easier. You are allowed to leave the park all they do is stamp your hand before you leave. I always leave and go to mcdonalds and come back since their food is so expensive. Have fun! :D
