Disneyland rides for 19-month-old?

WHICH RIDES ARE THE BEST RIDES AT DISNEYLAND CALIFORNIA?? POINTS AWARDED??? :)?

  • I'm going to the Disneyland in California in one week! So excited! What are some REALLY AMAZING rides? i already know that there's Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Soarin Over California, Matterhorn....what else? :D

    I go once a week. My favorites that I go on everytime are as follows: Disneyland: Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, Big Thunder Mountain. Matterhorn is okay, but I've decided its too long of a wait for what you get. Its always at least a half hour and its not worth a half hour of wait. Space mountain can usually have a 45 minute wait time, but that's worth it. The plus about Big thunder is that its one of the longest rides and has one of the shortest lines. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for Big Thunder. Look out for the bleating goat!! If it gets hot people will likely head to Splash mountain- try beating the crowds by hitting pirates of the caribbean to cool off instead. the line is never more than 20 minutes. Just don't let the water splash into your mouth during the drops. It be nassssttyyy stuff..... Haunted mansion is also fun, but one of those things that really isn't worth the wait. But- if its hot, its one of those places you can go to cool down because of the great AC haha. California Adventure: Is severely lacking in fun stuff! And everything is so far away. If you are making it an all day trip and don't mind waiting, try and get a fastpass for the world of color show. I haven't seen it but I've heard its good. You have to get the fastpasses right at opening though. They are by Grizzly river rapids (which is only fun if its really hot- but then its crowded). I'll go on Soarin' over California every so often, but its nothing special. My faves at that park are the roller coaster (California screamin, i think) and the Tower of Terror. Sooo much fun. I'll usually do both of those a couple of times each and then head over to Disneyland where there is more to do. DONT waste your time in the Tiki Room, and only see Captain EO if you are a super Michael Jackson fan. If you aren't, its just a very weird movie. Send me a message! You listed most of the best ones. Here's some others I like: Disneyland: Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Buzz Lightyear, Captain EO. California Adventure (DCA): Toy Story Mania, Grizzly River Run, Tower of Terror, Mickey's Fun Wheel. Others would put California Screamin on this list, but I'm not much for roller coasters. Some other can't miss attractions are the Tiki Room (for the whip floats), the Aladdin show (DCA), and World of Color (DCA).

All of them are fantastic! don't skip over rides because they "might look" like kiddie rides... go on them anyway because they are also part of the "Disney" magic. Depending on how much time you have also take time to see some shows (Aladdin at California Adventure is GREAT, Fantasmic is AWESOME and I have heard that the new "WORLD of Color is GREAT too though I haven't seen it) and parades and of course the fireworks. Have a great time... wish I was going soon... probably not till next spring though

In Cali Adventures there's the Tower of Terror ( I am assuming you are going to Cali adventures because you mentioned Soarin Over Cali) and the Mali Boomer and California Screaming

There are the teacups, its a small world, mr. toads wild ride, Pinocchio's daring journey, and finding nemo submarine voyage.
