SIX FLAGS, ROLLER COASTERS?

Ummmmm if that six flags first i would suggest the dark knight coaster if your not a big fan of them and then gradually work your way into the big ones. i myself am scared to death of roller coaster and that seemed to work for me. Hope I Helped A Little

The mildest ones at Great Adventure (although I don't really consider them to be true coasters) are the Runaway Train, Skull Mountain (in the dark), and The Dark Knight. If your friend will let you "count" these as coasters, then I would do any one of them, or all three since none are really that scary. After that, I would rank the coasters in terms of "scariness", from least to most scary, as follows (although I usually equate scariness with fun). Some of this depends on what scares you the most (heights vs. inversions/flips) Rolling Thunder (definitely the least scary legit coaster) Batman The Ride El Toro Great American Scream Machine Bizzaro Superman The Escape Nitro Kingda Ka (closed right now unfortunately) The best way to not get scared is to know that roller coasters are very safe and have a lot of checks and balances to make sure they are. I would recommend trying some out and seeing how you like them. A lot of people I have gone with that were scared beforehand, went on the rides and loved them. Have a great time.

I hope you face your fears! Coasters can be fun! I think the advice of the others are good, start on the smaller coasters, however I must say that Dark Night has some intense un-banked turns that are scary for people who are scared of coasters, and just to warn you Rolling Thunder does not have banked turns, which just means that you may feel unsafe-(but it is totally safe!) and it can be a rough/jolty ride. That Runaway Mine Coaster may be good to start on. The scariest ones will be Superman, Kingda Ka (currently not operating), El Toro, and Nitro. All of the coasters there besides Rolling Thunder are smooth..perhaps you can start with the Runaway Mine Coaster and Skull Mountain (dark coaster), and build yourself up. You can always close your eyes, but the best way to enjoy your ride is to scream your head off!!-believe me, you will not be the only one facing your fear of rollercoasters that day! Good Luck! Hi i go to six flags all the time in jackson nj.- i think it jackson?- idk. Um dont go on kingda ka or nitro or scream machine or superman for the first those are ****** scary! easy rides. Skull mountain run away train dark night rolling thunder 3-d theather log flume konga rapids el torro-kida scary their more but i dnt remember all have fun make sure to wear shorts because if u get wet on kanga rapids u dnt wanna be wet all day! Oh bring ur own drinks i got 3 drinks one for me n 2 other friend n it was 10.85 n we were like what?! yea
