Is Disney World haunted?

I've never heard WDW was haunted and I prowl several message boards including a cast member board. Disneyland's Haunted Mansion is supposed to be haunted, that I have heard. If you want to see ghosts at WDW try the Haunted Mansion, they have 999 ghosts, with room for one more.

i never heard that but i have heard that about disneyland in CA . Its the bulilding above the Pirate ride were they have a showchase of disney through the years. they say That Walt disney haunts the hallways of the building because he also use to live in that building along with the fire station

Hey we live in Orlando and I have to tell you I've never heard that rumor before! Nor have I ever seen anything spooky when I've been on those rides. But while you're looking for spooks, keep your eyes peeled for hidden Mickeys too... like the plates arranged in Mickey shape on the banquet table in the Haunted Mansion. Well I'd say keep your eyes open i guess. I could see Walt might be hanging around, that's his place. He wouldn't be harmful though. I could see spirits in haunted mansion maybe and pirates ride. Who knows, all you can do is check it out. Oh yeah I lived in an apartment that was haunted maybe we could talk about that sometime :-)

Uh Hello Those rides ma say there because there are ghosts on the ride. Like they where built in. I've never seen a single ghost on any of those rides.

yes.the potc stories go like this.ok so this kid died and his mom spread his ashes on the ride.number 2.one of the workers disappeared before the ride opened.as for hm supposedly a plane crashed were it now stands and the pilate is still there

I have used several of their programs, most have rocked, some didnt -- so overall, I say that they are safe to do business with and have good programs.

well, yes... no... maybe... not really. :) let me explain. as part of the back story to a lot of the rides, there have been some that have, over the years, taken a life of their own and have become urban legends. the imageneers started a tradition that every morning they had to greet the "ghosts" at the haunted mansion and say "goodnight" at the end of the day. if there was ever a problem, they would say the ghost are upset because some did not greet them. there have been multiple stories about plane crashes, etc. but none that have ever been proven to be true. most of the stories beging with "someone told me that they knew someone who knew a person that knew a person that worked at..." not really reliable. but if you like the paranormal, i believe there are some haunted tours of orlando. they take you to places that have some sort of tragic history and were people have reported seeing ghosts. i don't know the names of any but i remember seeing an add in a local paper.
