Disneyland paris help!?

I'm in the process of trying to book our holiday to disneyland Paris.. we have never been before (also have never been to Paris) I'm currently looking at staying at the Disneyland Paris New York Hotel for eitheir 4 nights & 5 days (with passes to both parks each day) or 3 nights -4 days in disneyland and staying in a hotel (centre of Paris) for one day to sight-see. Any recommendations of good hotels (budget about £120 for the one night) preferably near the centre/sightseeing locations
