Ez pay adventure islands and busch gardens?

My mom got me this pass for busch gardens and adventure islands. She is paying it monthly. She printed out a paper a while ago and told me to bring it with me whenever i go to either of the parks. When i get to the park, what do i do with it?? Its not a card its a paper. And im going to adventure islands tomorow so what do i doo???

I have the 2 year platinum pass for all SeaWorld Inc. parks and mine also came with a slip of paper. I can't remember if you go to one of the kiosks at the front of the park or if you take it to customer service, but I believe it's the kiosk.
