How Do I Get A Season's Pass At Wonderland?

How do you find/get your seasons pass when purchsed online?

  • i know you get an e-ticket (or something of that sort) sent to your e-mail address, but when i checked my hotmail it wasnt there! so how do i get it, cause i payed for it and im going to wonderland with my school soon and i dont want to pay extra since i have already purchased a seasons pass! please help me :( .

  • Answer:

Usually after a season pass is purchased online, there is a link somewhere on the site to download the file. Print it, and guard it with your life. That sheet of paper serves as your season pass voucher. Take that sheet of paper to the park gate where they process season passes. At the park: They take your photo, you will not need a photo ID (when they scan your pass at the gate, your photo will show, that way no one else can use your pass) and give you your season pass card there after you fill out some forms. From there you can just enter the park and have a good time. Here is Canada's Wonderland contact info: http://www.canadaswonderland.com/contact.cfm I suggest you call them ASAP. When you give them your information (name, email address, date of purchase), they should be able to help you. Since you purchased it online, there is a record of your purchase in their system. I hope I helped you. Have fun =)

Check your junk mail folder, it's possible it got sent there depending on the level of spam email protection settings you have set for your account. It also might not have gotten to your account yet, sometimes it can take a few hours for an email to make it to a system for whatever reason. I'd give it a day, and if you don't get it check back with the website you went through and contact them, so they can help you get the pass. If you saved the confirmation screen/number after making the purchase that will help you in getting it resolved quicker.

So far, I've always had the e-ticket sent to my email address. You could check on the amusement park's website. The parks in my area also save your purchase information for you to print directly from the website. Another option would be to call the park directly. They may ask you to bring in your credit card receipt and resolve the problem at the "guest relations" desk. The latter way might be frustrating, but it should work out.
