What discount do disneyland cast members get on tickets?

I have a friend who works at Disneyland. He said he could get me a discount on tickets (he has already used his free passes and tickets). Does anyone know the amount or percentage a cast member could get off of a 1 day park hopper, 3 day park hopper and/or an annual pass? I know how many free passes and tickets he gets, but his family is in town that same weekend so they are using them.

I don't remember getting any discount on tickets when I worked there. That's why they give you a gate pass so you can get in your family members or friends for free. If your friend works there, they should be able to give you the correct answer.
