What are the chances of me getting hired?

What are the chances of getting hired at Cedar Point?

• If I apply to work at Cedar Point this summer what are my chances of actually getting hired? also, how do they decide what they need you for. If I have been working in retail for a year for example, would they throw you in a store? Does everyone have to operate a ride at some point?

  I am not sure about Cedar Point, but I worked at Kennywood this summer. They put their application online and have interviews in the spring. At the interview they ask you some questions about why you answered the question how you did and then they give you some hypothetical situations to test your people skills. On the application you choose where you would be willing to work but it is best to say you are willing to do any job that is offered. The different departments in the park are; gates/games, food services, housekeeping, and rides. I know this is not directly related to Cedar Point but most likely the run park in a similar manner compared to Kennywood.
