SCREAM Tour: VIP Package?

On December 31st, 2011, I want to go to the SCREAM Tour at Chrysler Hall. The tickets are already on sale, but I want to get the VIP Meet & Greet Package. Does anyone know exactly how I can get this package (site, number, etc.)? Right now, I'm not exactly worried about the pricing. However, if you have that information, too, it'd be nice (: But I just want to know where to go to get the VIP Package (Not the Enhanced Ticket Package) .
