Will Dorney Park be crowded on?

Would Hershey Park and Dorney park be more or less crowded than normal on the last weekend in August?

I am not sure if they would be more crowded or less crowded considering many kids are going back or have already started school by the last weekend in August, but at the same time I didn't know if kids would be out for one last weekend of fun, etc. Anyone know from experience?

I've never been to Dorney Park but i have been to Hershey. If you are planning on going on a weekend in the summer you'll for sure regret it. I went twice to hershey. Once on a saturday and once on a tuesday. Saturday i waited hours in lines. i only got to ride a few of the rides. Tuesday i rode everything. The longest line wait was an hour. And that was on the newest coaster. I would not recommend going on a weekend. I'm sure its the same for Dorney
