How do I find out the names of the cast members who work at the Disney parks? Do they have resumes or profiles?

Does anyone know if it is possible to find the name/resume/view a profile for the cast members at Disney Parks? Do the Disney websites have profiles for the cast members that work for them at the parks (ie: Magic Kingdom ect.)??? I watched the Beauty and the Beast show over at Hollywood Studios park and the actress who plays Belle is brilliant and I just wanted to know if they have viewing profiles or resumes or anything like that. Thank You!!!!
