either in the spring when it first opens or the fall right before it closes also if you go on a weekday you can normally get on almost all the rides without waiting. I live like 20 min away so I go there all the time.

well i dont live in pennsylvania but i say there is the most people on the weekend also dont go on a friday you better go sometime between monday to thursday

Go in the summer in the early morning before it gets crowded. i would not go in fall because then the water park would be closed or the water would be cold
