How much are the flash passes in six flags great adventure?

How do the new Flash Passes work at Six Flags Magic Mountain?

  • Okay I am very confused regarding the current Flash Passes at Six Flags Magic Mountain. How do they work? How many do you get/ How many uses are given? The older Flash Passes were 4 tickets for $25.00 and one person could use 4 for 4 rides or 4 people could use one for one ride. However, the new ones do not seem to be like that. Can somebody please explain?!?

  • Answer:

The old ticket system was replaced by the Q-Bot system that has also been implemented in other parks around the world. You only need one per group of up to six, and there are unlimited uses (X2 costs extra for a reservation due to its popularity). It's essentially a small computer. Using the unit, you can select a ride and reserve a spot. Return at the time indicated, and the system works the same from there as it did with the original printed tickets. The units are quite pricey though. It's about $50 for one person to use it at the most basic service, and extra people can be added for extra fees. Depending on the crowds, it can be a very helpful tool that can skip 2+ hour lines easily, allowing a more entertaining day at the park.
