Is a fast track ticket needed for Alton towers at the end of september?

  • Do i need to buy a fast track ticket for Alton towers, if going 28th sept 2011? I dont want to queue for very long, but also dont want to waste money on a fast track ticket if there are not going to be long queues at that time of the year

    You don't have to have one. Some of the queues won't be too bad and I personally think the Fast Track tickets are a waste of money. Hope I helped, Milana x

Summer and october half term are the busiest times to go. You should'nt need one in september, but you can buy them on the day, once you have seen the queue times. If you are going on a weekday, it is very likely you will not need one. I have never used a fast track, i dont believe they are wortg it. Have a nice day, i went today actually.

wait till you get there doubt you will need one.we usually try and get to the rides we most want to do as soon as we get there . then enjoy the rest of the park. go early with a little planning, if its your first time try and decide where you want to go first.
