What roller coaster is the best?

What is the best roller coaster, and why?

  • Living in Ohio and having access to both Cedar Point in Sandusky and Kings Island in Cincinnati I have been blessed to be able to be less than 2 hours away from a lot of the best roller coasters in the world. Wooden - The Beast Metal - Melinium Force

  • Answer:

I have a Top Ten List I have created for best coasters (I do NOT ride woodens though) I rate on this scale: Good: SMOOTH! Long (over 3,000 feet long) Tall Fast Bad: Rough Short Slow Overall boring These are 5 of my top ten coasters 1. Millennium Force (Cedar Point) - TIE 1. Kingda Ka (Six Flags Great Adventure) - TIE 3. Medusa (Six Flags Great Adventure) 4. NITRO (Six Flags Great Adventure) 5. Raptor (Cedar Point) These are the winners of the 2005 Golden Tickets (the highest award that can be given to coasters) 1. Millennium Force 2. Superman: Ride of Steel (Six Flags New England) 3. Magnum XL200 (Cedar Point) 4. Apollo's Chariot (Busch Gardens Williamsburg) 5. NITRO

millineum force or the top thrill dragster and the raptor at ceader point in ohio

The Hulk, it will leave you breathless.

Titan at Six Flags over Texas. The two big drops at the beginning make you feel like you are falling forever. The tight turns and bends in the second half of the ride are the most intense positive g's I have experienced in a ride. Plus, the car/track combination is so smooth it feels like you are riding on a cushion of air!

Life is the best roller coaster. It has great ups and downs. You never know what is coming. Hold on to your hat. Enjoy the ride.

just go to cedar point, its got the best rollercoasters in the world and it is right here in northern ohio. they are all awsome except for the mean streak, that one kinda hurts again, CEDAR POINT, it gets no better

I also agree with the Millenium Force, Raptor, and Mean Streak and Mantis

indigobubbles3

all three are at six Flags Great Adventure- Kingda Ka, because it is the fastest on Earth, Nitro, because the airtime is insane and you can feel your stomach, and Medusa, the original B&M floorless, becuase it's so smooth and the layout keeps you guessing. also, if you live far from NJ, try Cedar point's Millennium Force; Six Flags Magic Mountian's X or Goliath; Six Flags America's X-flight. Those are the most incredible coasters in the U.S.

I haven't been on that many rollercoasters, but I really like the Six Flag's Batman ride because I love the feeling of having my feet free.

So far, I've got to say, Space Mountain Mission 2 in Disneyland! A very unique ride that you would love the park from it!
