Where to get free food?

Where can I get sugar free food or organic food?

• I'm wondering where I can get sugar free foods from, more of a variety is what I'm looking for. I've tried Walmart and they don't have much. What do you think of organic food? Is it worth buying and is it sugar free or at least reduce in sugar?? I'm trying to buy more healthier food items for my young children. (ages 9, 7, 5 years old).

  i think foods with sugar are just fine for children. i read an article explaing why children need sugar in their diets, it pretty much said because they are always moving and playing the sugar in the food adds more calories, which is energy for the children. the article said it was linked to children growing and that the need for sugar is reduced when kids turn into teens. I don't think you really need organic foods for young children, just make sure they get out and play, and portion their food servings to the proper size. so like dont let them stuff their face with ice cream then sit around watching tv or playing video games. have them eat their different food groups and then you go play outside with them.
