In my opinion the negative calorie food are good as they need more calories to get those digested and give less energy once digested. This means that if a food give 40 calories after digestion but consumes 50 calories to get it digested thus resulting into a net loss of 10 calories.the best example is Apple and other fruits which have complex carbohydartes and fibre. If you include negative calorie food in diet it will always be better because your system will be active every time.

Apples. Learn to love them. They are high and fiber, and help you burn fat. They also give you more energy than a cup of coffee. fact. I eat 3-4 per day, and I am very lean. Also eat bananas, pomegranites, all berries, and drink lot's of water. 5-6 cups a day will increase your metabolism, help your body flush out the bad crap, and keep you full. Drink a big glass of water or skim milk before you eat, and you will eat less.

Most certainly not meat. Meats and grains may increase your metabolism slightly, but it's not enough to balance out the excess calories consumed when you intake the complex proteins and carbohydrates. Try eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (doesn't need to be a particular kind, as long as they're varied). Also, drink Green Tea. Green tea has ECGC in it, which has been proven to increase metabolism - Just don't add milk or sugar to it.
