Where can i buy edible food paint in toronto or vaughan area for cake decorating?

  Are you talking about airbrush paint for cakes? If so, I don't know where you'd need to go. Or are you just talking about icing colors? You can thin icing colors with clear extracts (or vodka) and use them to paint on a cake. The extract (or vodka) has a high alcohol content and will evaporate rather than making your cake soggy. Wilton makes really good gel colors and they can be found at Michaels and you might even find them at Walmart. I know bulk barn carries Wilton products but I don't know if you have one in your area.
