How are double yolk eggs made?

HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR EGGS!?

  • For breakfact i like mine fried (bit of pepper on top) leaving the yolk runny, together with buttered toast and tea. Sometimes i fancy a soft boiled egg as a snack during the day i would dip the spoon in a bit of butter and then the egg.LOVE IT! Infact i've just had one now! i sound like a proper freak lol talking about eggs!never mind. A year ago i use to hate eggs!even the smell of them made me sick but since my hubby started makin breakfast in bed (once in a while) i love them. so how do u like yours or maybe you despise them!???

    Boiled or fried with the yolks still soft or most other ways as they come !

Yum! That sounds delicious too. I like mine eggs scrambled where they are just done. Bright yellow fat curds still moist; every so slightly glistening. I start with a bit of unsalted butter melting over low-medium heat, add chopped scallions or shallots when they are cooked tender, I toss in fresh grape tomatoes cut in half and saute them until warmed and juice starts to carmelize. I add the beaten egg mixture to the pan and start pulling the eggs toward the center forming the curds letting the liquid fill the gaps. When ready, I lightly season with freshly ground pepper & a pinch of sea salt. Served with hot tea & whole grain toast. Sometimes, I'll add a bit of cumin to the eggs while I'm cooking them to jazz them up a bit. Ok...time for breakfast now.
