What are good meals without carbs to eat after 6pm?

Im trying to lose body fat and trying to avoid eating carbs past 6, what are some meals I can make? Thanks

Cheeseburger with no bun, an omelette, tuna salad with no bread, any kind of grilled or baked meat (chicken breast, steak, fish, chops) with a small salad with low carb dressing (not too many carbs in spinach/lettuce, peppers, cucumbers--use onion and tomato sparingly). One thing that's really yummy is to dip chicken strips in an egg wash, then dredge in Parmesan cheese and fry. Mix some fake honey or sweetener with mustard for honey mustard sauce, or use buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
