What are some nice things to do on a date in Philly?

Does ID have to be up to date to buy things with it also what can be used as ID?

  • I have a passport but it's about 2 years out of date now and I can't afford another one, I don't have a provisional license and I can't think of anything else to use as ID. I am 18 tomorrow so just wondering can I use my passport even if it's out of date? What else can I use as a form of ID (I mean buy drinks ect) and by drinks I more mean energy drinks, I honestly look about 13 and always get asked for ID

    I am going to assume you are in the USA. If the retailer is paying attention you cannot use an expired anything as ID. Anything which has your picture and birthdate on it can be used as ID. Many people w/o driver licenses get a State ID card from the dept. of Motor Vehicles.
