How to make a drink that catches fire, changes colour then glow?

Wondering if its possible to create a drink (safe for consumption and has alcohol in it) that after you set it on fire, it would then change colour and glow? If so list the ingredients and instructions how to make.

yeah, it's called green flame or "bunca flama" as we know it. it is very popular in Montserrat, i don't know how to make it. but the fire and light it makes, is outstanding. also it is a very powerful and tasty drink.
