How long can jello shots be kept in the refrigerator?

if i make jello shots for friday night will the leftovers still be good on sat night???

We make jello shots in 2 oz plastic souffle cups and put lids on them. We make like 500-750 on mondays, and they last all week.in the refrigerator. Never have any complaints either
