How do I recover from a hangover?

How do i recover from a hangover ??

  • Answer:

Alcohol makes you pee, as you drink, you get rid of all your water. Drinking water (before bed or after) helps restore it, but if you're really dehydrated, your body will start to reject water. You must remember at least one day of laying around the house, moaning, "It's coming out every hole except the one it's supposed to!" Salt makes you retain water. Try a bag of really salty chips, and a lot of water.

Before thinking recovery...think what you can do to prevent it. Drink water before you go to sleep. Drink as much as you can. Yeah...you may have to wake up in a few hours to pee...but it is worth it for no hangover in the morning. :)
