just because you drink alot does not mean you are an alcoholic if you feel that you need alcohol to fell "normal" or cannot go without than you are an alcoholic..

Being an alcoholic doens't necessarily mean to drink alot. To be an alcoholic, you must be addicted to alcohol...but if you drink 3 times a day, you most likely are.

Being an alcoholic isn't about quantity, its more about why you drink. Alcoholics need a drink, or many to make it through their day. On the other hand, 3 drinks a day isn't healthy... Hard on your liver, can cause weight gain, slowed metabolism, etc...

If you have to ask this question, then you might want to take a look at it. I love coffee and drink it all day but you would never hear me say...Man, I think I might have a problem. I may be a coffeeaholic. I think I will anonymously ask YA for their opinion. Get my drift?
