Please HELP... SOON! Any one eaten at El Pollo Inka restaurant.....Chicken recipe??????

.....PLEASE HELP.....It's my 7 year anniversary today and we don't feel like going out... We want to order in from El Pollo Inka, I was thinking of getting a vegetarian plate and make the chicken to add in here at home...... Does any one know what type of seasoning I should use to make chicken that would go good in a "Saltado" dish?....By the way, it's not a money thing, I'm just picky when it comes to my chicken....I know someone's thinkin " just spend the xtra 3 dollars n addd the chicken!" Thanks guys!!!!
