I am sure there is no common Hindi or Urdu name for Quinoa. As Quinoa is native of south american species. Desi Chef, are you sure about Ramdana? I thought Ramdana was amaranth. Please clarify. Thank you.

I don't think there is a name, as it is a grain from South America, so if it is found in India or Pakistan it would be in a nutritional center or western health food sotre in Mumbai or Calcutta.
