Anyone have a good recipe for Mixed Vegetable Parrota?? 2 questions, all in one!?

If anyone in the bay area has been to Saravanaa Bhavan, they'll know what's up! If you wouldn't mind sharing your own recipe, that'd be perfect. If not, a link to an online one will be awesome! Second; What's your favorite, or a good way to prepare it?? I suppose it'd be silly to buy the ingredients and not know how to make it!! If anyone can break it down for me =D Thank you =D
