What is food poisoning?

  • I just been to the doctors yesterday and he told me that my stomach aches and always needing to go to the toilet is because of food poisoning. i dont quite get what he means. i cook my meals myself and i didnt put anything bad in my food. so what does he mean by food poisoning?

    After a few trips to the emergency room for food poisoning my wife figured out our refrigerator was not working properly. Instead of cooling down to forty degrees Fahrenheit quickly it took almost a half a day! It was like eating food that set out on the counter top all day long, not good. I eat leftover food, so hence why I got sick allot. Put a thermometer in the fridge and see what temperature it is a half an hour later. I would buy meat and put it in the fridge and cook it the next day, only it was rancid basically and I did not know it. I hope you feel better.
