  • Answer:

Unfortunately, I'm not much of an expert on gluten-free food BUT I know someone who is! My friend has a site that has tons of information on this: http://www.the-gluten-free-chef.com/ I do know a thing or two about curry though. If you want a simple, gluten-free curry sauce or paste that is pre-prepared in a jar, look at the Minara's range. Most of them are gluten free, nut-free, vegetarian and/or vegan. Also, a lot of the recipes on Curry Safari are automatically gluten-free. For example, this one. http://www.currysafari.com/mottor-paneer.html I know some versions of paneer that you buy in a shop have additives that make it a problem for celiac sufferers - but you can just make your own using milk and lemon juice to get round that: http://www.currysafari.com/make-paneer.html And no, rice doesn't have wheat - you can eat as much as you like! Hope that helps. J.
