Why do people give babies white chocolate first, what is the difference between white and dark?

I can't tell you why it's given to babies, however white chocolate, is not chocolate at all! It's made the same way as real chocolate, but because the ingredients are different, it cannot legally be considered chocolate. white chocolate, consists basically of sugar,cocoa butter, milk, vanilla and an egg product. Well the difference between white and dark is that dark chocolate does not contain milk or sweeteners. It is more pure. It also contains more cocoa. White chocolate contains lots of sugar and other sweeteners and milk. Dark is healthier than white.

white has more milk, less caffeine. And who says people do that? My daughter is a dark chocolate lover all the way.

this is a weird question - i've never thought or heard of a question like this - give babies white chocolate first? umm ok Well since u want an answer, I can only guess someone would give a baby milk chocolate first becuz the taste is alot milder than the dark which is stronger and slightly bitter

i have never heard of this theory. white chocolate isnt even chocolate at all and milk chocolate just has more sugar and milk added..

Because it has/it is milk. but dark chocolate is still the best
