Why does fruit punch make your teeth feel gritty?
-
Why does fruit punch, or Hawaiian Punch, or anything of that sort, make your teeth feel gritty? Like, I hate to drink fruit punch because of this feeling that it leaves on my teeth. It's not like the smooth feeling that teeth normally are. It's more similar to the feeling of sandpaper, and when i grind them together it gives me the feeling as if i just heard nails on a chalkboard. I'm just curious, what is it in the fruit punch that makes your teeth feel this way? Is it the sugar, or some other ingrediant? Or maybe it's just me.
