    Brew a pot of Dunkin Donuts coffee and pour half the pot into an ice cube tray and freeze it. Pour one cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee into a cup with a cover and put it in the refrigerator to cool. When the coffee cubes are frozen, remove them from the ice cube tray and drop them into a blender.Add one cup of chilled coffee and sugar to taste to the blender and cover. Pour the Coffee Coolatta mixture into a tall glass. Add light cream, whole milk or skim milk if desired. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Olivias answer is good too but I just brew the coffee,put my favorite flavored creamer or syrup, let it cool off then put in freezer for awhile to get colder faster then blend with ice. I like hot coffee ok but I dont always have time to finish it while its hot so I put the flavored creamer or syrup then stick in fridge by the afternoon its a great cool pick-me up. Not exactly a coolata but a nice iced coffee perfect for the afternoon or anytime.
