What does taro bubble tea taste like?

I love bubble tea but i can't make it taste good!! whywhywhywhy!?

• so ive been trying to make bubble tea at home. i can make the tapioca and it tastes wonderful, just like the ones they have in the boba or bubble tea shops. but i cant get the milk tea to taste ANYTHING like bubble tea!! i used black tea, non dairy creamer, bubble tea syrup, and half and half. i literally have tried everything out there is to try to make the milk tea! but it still doesnt taste good! it just tastes like liquidy cream tea water....uhhhh yuck. ive followed all sorts of recipes out there but I still cant get the bubble tea to come out right! PLEASE SOMEONE WHOS A BUBBLE TEA EXPERT HELP ME! I LOVE BUBBLE TEA IT IS MY LIFE I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE IT SUCCESSFULLY!!
